Services for the Provision of Project Management Services for Road Maintenance Works in WNB

The Department of Works invites project management consultants to submit proposals for the provision of consultancy services to undertake project management supervisory services on a range of road maintenance works in East New Britain, West New Britain, New Ireland, Madang, Morobe and East and West Sepik provinces as part of the Papua New Guinea – Australia Transport Sector Support Program. Funding for these contracts comes from the Government of Australia.

Each proposal will have ninety (90) days validity period

Instructions to consultants
Consultant’s shall mark and delivery their proposal(s) in accordance with the instructions stated in each Invitation for Proposal (IFP)  PART 2: Information to Consultants.

1.It is the Consultant’s responsibility to ensure that their proposal(s) is delivered, by electronic mail, to the contact as indicated above in accordance with these instructions.  The Department of Works and Implementation will not be held liable regarding same.

2. Where a proposal is larger than 6MG in size it must be split into two emails and marked accordingly,  AND identified as Part 1 of 2 /  Part 2 of 2 in the email subject line.

3. In the event that PMC services are to be extended or retendered, the Client reserves the right to procure additional services through a limited tendering process.

4. Late submissions will be rejected
