TSSP is seeking tenders to conduct the following study in the PNG transport sector.
A long term evaluation study follow and assess a road maintenance program supported by TSSP:

To be considered, tenders must comply with the requirements of the Request for Tender (RFT) document and include objectives of the study, key research questions, research team background, previous experience conducting similar evaluations or research, stakeholders, methodology, data collection, timeline, reporting protocols and include a financial proposal. Financial proposals must comply with the the Adviser Remuneration Framework (ARF) which can be found on the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website.
Tenders outlining innovative methodological approaches and data collection are encouraged.
TSSP hopes that the study can start as soon as possible, but is also aware that organisations may already have other commitments. Starting times will be negotiated with the successful bidder. The Sepik study is a long term study with an expectation that the final report be presented no later than August 2019.
